Sharon Lum has built a reputation during her 28 years in residential sales and 9 years in commercial sales of providing superior results to high net-worth buyers and sellers that speak for themselves. Her commitment to her client’s needs, combined with sharp negotiating skills and thorough knowledge of the Vancouver market and neighborhoods, puts them at an advantage in the competitive luxury residential and investment market environments.
With an extensive listing portfolio of luxury homes in Vancouver, Sharon’s understanding of the market allows her to appropriately position, price and, if necessary, stage a home in order to ensure optimum price is achieved. Sharon’s experience plays a key role in where she advertises and promotes her listings when it requires going further than her extensive database to sell the home. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and requests, and then doing her research before making recommendations. After working with Sharon, many clients count her not only their preferred realtor, but also a trusted friend.
On the buying side, Sharon’s clients appreciate her diligent approach to finding them the right home for their needs and ability to paper a deal, whether straightforward or complex, in a friendly yet effective manner. A portion of every sale Sharon makes is donated to the British Columbia Children’s Hospital.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Sharon is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. In addition to her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a major in Urban Land Economics, Sharon is a Full Member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Commercial Division, and a Board Member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) Vancouver Chapter. When Sharon’s not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, growing orchids, and practicing her Chinese calligraphy.
